Rules on Hosting Minors
In accordance with Article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute, which prohibits the accommodation of minors in hotels, motels, guesthouses or similar establishments, we request that, for your comfort and convenience, the rules adopted by the hotel be observed, failing which, we reserve the right to refuse to accommodate the minor.
* Minors accompanied by their parents: Proof of paternity is mandatory by presenting the minor's original document and the original document of the parents or legal guardians (holder of Judicial Custody);
* Minors accompanied by third parties/relatives (other than legal guardians): It is mandatory to present the original documentation of the companion and the minor, in addition to the written authorization, with notarized signature of the minor's parents and a copy of the parents' documents, giving specific authorization for the companion.
